I have seen solutions for 7 buildings whereas there are 9. Can somebody clarify?

I am not able to get two on the bottom.. is there a certain set of buildings.. do you have a screen shot.. are the two on top close together.. any more details ?? Thanks

I have everything accomplished except for the contracts. You get the 7 buildings very carefully. 2 on top, 3 in the middle and 2 on bottom. Good Luck!
