I am at the end of my rope. I've been on this stinking level 16-6 for over a MONTH now. I play every single day, about 2 hours a day. I cannot get through 16-6. I never saw a message about playing untimed. However, after playing so many times trying to get past 16-6, I feel the maker of this game does NOT give the player a FAIR CHANCE at beating this level. I feel that it is done deliberately to prevent you from making that next level. I am going nuts trying to beat this level. At the bottom of the screen when you have all the "helps", but if you don't use them, they disappear when you get to the next part of the level. I had not used any of the helps; by the time I got to 16-3, what I had accumulated was wiped out. This is not a fair game. You don't seem to have a chance to get to the next level. I am writing BF and giving them a piece of my mind, not that it will do any good. There must be an option somewhere to play UNTIMED. Playing against a timer makes the game virtually impossible to beat. I can't stand playing against timers, and in most of the games from BF, there is an option to play untimed. Is there an option anywhere in this game where you can play untimed? I'm about to put my foot through my computer, and I'm about to send the creator of this game a big fat bag of crab doodoo!

I am in full agreement with everything you say, I too cannot get past level 16. I did not know about the 'helps' I will have a good look when I next go on. I did seem to 'win' extra hearts but do not know how I do it. I always seem to go back to 3 when I go up a level. Am I missing something, I don't play many games. Is there somewhere where I can get full instructions. I may start again and see what happens.Yours in frustration

I am stuck at level 16-6. I've played this level probably thirty times or more. I contacted Big Fish, apparently the untimed comment on the opening screen is a misprint. Said they were sorry for the confusion and they would correct it. Love this game but extremely frustrated!

I have managed to get into level 23 but cannot seem to get thru it. After 6 tries I am thoroughly frustrated. I did finally figue out on some of the other levels that each try starts with one of several combinations and usually one fo them is the one that works. I can't find that combination on this one. I have the first five sections memorized but 23-6 and 23-8 are killing me. I also cannot find a way to play untimed.
Suggestions????????????

I have got to level 4-1
That level was easy
Level 4-2 I have finished twice..
Very hard level after many tries..
I eventually got to level 4-4
which I bombed out on..
It then goes back to level 4-1
There is nothing to tell you what exactly one has to do in level 4-2
Its driving my crazy going back to it so many times...
No help menu at all...

I'm stuck on Level 16-6.
I did it over from 16-1 many times.
Usually stuck in the same place with the crab.
Twice I had just one tile left to break when time ran out.

According to game I can play untimed but can not find how to do so. Mus t I play a certain amount of levels before I can play untimed?
I love the game.
