Ok, I had the same problem, could not get out of level 47, but I found the answer, not only did I make it, I made it on expert, with only 34 people served. It isn't how many you serve,don't pick the tip up right away, collect the tips at the same time. You can even lose a customer or two. So, serve so many customers at the same time, but don't collect the tips until you are done serving.
when i was playing turbo pizza i almost completed 35 levels then my trial is expired and i was very angry but i like this game soooooooooooooooooooooo much i want to give message to all that they should play it
Hi since you have completed the 50 levels maybe you can tell me how you did it I am stuckon 50 I don't lose any customers but I don't get the money I suppose to I have replayed that level 10 times today and I just can't do it I just might let level 49 be end to me.

i have completed all 50 levels, and to complete the few last ones, try to serve your customers by taking 4-5 orders at the same time, this way you will get a bigger chain bonus earning more.. be aware however of angry customers, dont keep them waiting for TOO long.. and serve customers at the same time as well.. the last levels are mainly testing you whether or not you can take multiple customers..
