hi i own the game and have hadd millions of tribes but everyone have died of hunger and old age i never have enough tech points or food my population is always around 15 to 20 but i need help does anyone have any cheat codes or advice i would really appreciate it

Currently my tribe is at 14, so not as high as yours but i have a few suggestions that might or might not help you depending on what you know.
I would suggest keeping your population little, in the beginning about 10 people if that. Don`t forget theres always the coconut tree. Also once you finish the dam puzzle you can plant crops. As for tech points just always have someone there working. I hope this helps.

Can the villagers have triplets? One of my villagers got pregnant, that child grew and poof another child appeared in her arms. Same thing happened again, but i didn't have her mate more than once. Also does anyone have any tips on getting tech points faster?

I have finished the game, but I kept going collecting totum poles and now I have 50 totum poles. Now it seems that that is all I can collect as my esteemed elders haven't made any more totums. Has anyone else done this and found this to be all one can collect?

We have completed every puzzle and we have bought everything. We have over four hundred thousand tech points with nothing to buy. How do we know we have completed the game? Any help would be great.

Please help. As the people were walking the last piece of gong to the wall, I put someone by the ancient writings and of course the big pop-up came up when I closed it the gong was gone. Now what start over??? Please No. Help

I got the last piece of Gong and someone was walking it to the shrine at the same time I put someone by the wall to read it. Dumb me the Gong disapeared. Is there anyway to get it back. I already tried putting the totem in the middle and nothing happens.

Couple things I have noticed is that everywhere I see people telling others that when you hear a chime noise, an object has appeared on the island. I find that that isn't ever the case on my game. Another would be that I also see people telling others that you can pause the game and put a couple kids on objects to get lots of the same object cuz all the kids picked it up. It's never worked for me. Not with two kids. Not with all the kids. Never. Why is it these work for everyone but me?

Did you buy the third level on farming? Or do you not have enough tech points? If you don't have either one, then start over and make sure you make a villager or two do reaseaching!

When you're almost or out of food, pause the game and wait for a mushroom to appear then put (one of your) kid(s) on the mushroom and unpause to collect it, when it's added to your food supply pause again and repeat. It really takes a while before you have enough to save them all but it worked for me. I couldn't put more than one kid on it but later in the game it did work for collectibles so maybe it could have worked on mushrooms to.

Puzzle #7 - Remove the algae in the ocean caused by over fishing. After achieving Farming Tech Level 3, take a Master Farmer or Master Scientist to the pond where they will gather algae eating fish used to re-populate the ocean. You will have unrestricted fishing when enough fish are returned to the sea.

I have repeatedly put my master farmer and scientist in the water after reaching level 3 in farming. They both just shake their heads and are digusted with the algae. Am I missing something?

You have to get the algae eating fish from the pond, and take them over to the ocean. They eat all the algae and you have fish!

they have to collect the algae eating fish from the pool on the right hand side. you will need a few trips to get enough fish in the sea! hope this helps

Hi there, what you need to do is put your villagers {master farmer} into the pond/lake where the waterfall is, you will need to do this a few times before it is successfull - The master farmer will walk back and forth from the pond to the occean with the algie eating fish

You need to drag your master scientist and or master farmer to the lagoon and they will get algae eating fish out of the lagoon and bring them to the ocean, it may take a couple times putting them in the lagoon but they will get it.

They'll never go indoors just for the fun of it. I've learned that they don't really need to go indoors. Just drop them together enough times repeatedingly and a baby just pops up in the female's arms. The elders can have children too. Hope this helps. :]

IS THERE ANYTHING BEYOND THE POINT I AM AT? WITHIN A DAYS ON MY OWN, I COMPLETED THE PUZZLES AND WITHIN A WEEK HAD 50 TOTEMS. THEY STOPPED GIVING THEM AFTER 50. I HAVE THE GONG. To make them masters quicker train them in 1 particular thing at a time, ie: master builder, get them building and fixing huts, then put them back to the research bench... just keep going vice virsa.. hope this helps

Actually, they do eat by themselves. But if your villagers are weak, keep making them eat by dragging the to the food bin until they are at full health again.

Hey.. Pausing the game doesn't help in retaining the item for the kids to pick up. The item will still disappear when the time is up, even if you pause the game.

You have to use the spacebar to pause. I had a blue butterfly show up on my screen, hit the space bar and there were 7 kids standing right there. Put them all on the butterfly, hit the spacebar again and all 7 took off with a butterfly. Earned a pile of tech points because of it.

People keep talking about how they run out of coconuts. If your running low just keep your villagers from taking them down. It is a pain so you have to keep watching the trees. If your going to leave, make sure there is enough food so you take away the farming setting. I went from 8 coconuts to 62 in about 3 hours but miss 1 villager and it can go down by 10+ if it's still really low.

Well, you could always keep it going and see where that gets you, or start a new tribe (your only down to 2, that's gonna be a challenge) and before you start a new tribe, try going to google, and look up a walkthrough for the game. Follow that walk through, it was a big help for me, i have 92 people in my tribe with 31 elder totems...when my first tribe i had one kid left. I hope this helps ya...good luck!

Not until you can start to dig out the ruins. Which you don't need level 3 exploration. I had all the other ones at level 3 and that one at 2 only and the villagers started to dig. The only other thing you can do is hope they will fix the already made huts. If you get your population above 20 or 30 (somewhere around that #) you may be able to get another hut to build.

Well this sucks! As my villager was dragging the last piece of Gong to the encasement he got sick and had to go to the hospital. Then the Gong piece disappeared and I cannot complete the last puzzle. Make sure your villager is young and healthy when retrieving gong pieces

I opened the crate and retrieved the gong piece, but made the mistake of clicking on the builder with it.It disappeared and I almost had a stroke. Is there anyway to get it back? I know there is no way to win an dmove on without this piece.

The mirror is the pop up stuff that comes up. It will say so and so found a mirror. You can't drop a villager on it. Also beware of a villager wanting to spend time alone at the research table, DON'T let them. You will lose tech points if you do.

Always have 2 healers!
When one of your healers gets sick, he needs another one to heal him :)
Also, obviously, you should always have enough food..
When your villagers get sick, or have low health, you can also make the special stew that heals your villagers completely. You can find the recipe on this page (I believe it's herbs 6,3,3.)

you have to have third level of medicine, it shows a woman holding three babies. i got that, and within time, i had two sets of twins, and one set of triplets...so, just got to have the third level medicine.

You need to make a stew that allows them, to not have to breathe. The stew uses the following herbs 2- orange flower by hospital and 1- of the string of flowers by the wall fall. have them eat it and drop them in the pond. good luck!

It happened to me too. Just keep dropping it in the center. Play around with it a little bit. Maybe an inch above center, maybe an inch below. . .you get the picture. Odds are, you've already figured this out. so good luck and have fun!

There's a way to increase parenting skills without getting pregnant. Drop your villager on any of the kids and they'll tell the kid a story. Once the villager's parenting skill increases to adept, everytime you drop your villager on a kid, the action will change to 'teaching children'. This helps a lot since you won't have to lose 2 years of any villager while they nurse. This works only in VV2, if you try it in VV, your villager's just a perv!

If you take an trainning or apt parent and put them with a child they will start to tell a story or teach. This will raise there parenting skills. Don't forget women can no longer bear children after 50, and if you do not have the 2nd tech of medicine they die at around 59. If you have a woman that is high on parenting skills and turned 50 then have them teach. But they do not do it on there own you have to make them by putting them with a child.

Watch for villagers who like running and put them on tasks such as farming and building. They move alot faster then the other villagers because they are always running. That will help with the food problems and gets building done alot quicker!

if you change your system clock forward you will speed up the game you earn tech point really fast, and you villagers will compleat puzzels really fast also. you can change it back and forth as much as you want. but be care full you food will dwendal fast!

Have you purchsed the next level of farming yet. I believe you must purchase lv2 farming and then just keep trying. Another way to solve your food problem is to get them to build the dam so that you can farm the land!

Nope that just means that you've finished collecting all the bugs! BUT, once all collectios are complete and the pretty little rock,butterfly and shell join the red bug you do get a higher villager population limit.

Ok, when I start the game, I have 7 people. Like, two girls and five boys. I make all avaliable people researchers except one, i make that one a farmer. when i get enough tech points, i buy construction. Then, i make 3 researchers builders to start working on the dam. when the dam i finished, the water is polluted by then, i put the farmer at the field. Everyone is working at the research table and i try to get to 90000 tech points, but i never MAKE IT! HELP! My villagers ALWAYS DIE!

along the way you have to keep making babies so that your villagers have enough people as you go along and you won't have so much difficulties.

For Carla
Before you worked with the dam, try to made your farmer (only need 1 farmer) fishing on the ocean first while the others consentrated in the reseearch table...
With that step, your villager no need to worry to be weaked or sick cause they have food supply until your scientist earned the tech point to buy another techs.

i've made a cutting tool and then dragged a person onto the thorns, they take a cutting tool to the cave to cut the thorns away but then they shake their heads and go back to their previous work! i've tried this with every adult villager! this is the only puzzle i have got left to solve. what can i do to get them to cut the bush away?

I always get the second level of farming before getting the second level of engineering. I also if I have time put all my villagers on farming at harvest time, and then back at the research table. That should work.

Hi all,
I really need help! Please... I've goaled all the tech point, I have 50 elder totem (they already died) and half of the population are master in every skill, I have opened all the puzzle except the puzzle for the last gong (The Inlaid Gong Piece). The tips said that I should "drop a totem on the mosaic in the center of the ruins" to retrieve another piece of the gong...
I have do that... but there's NOTHING HAPPENED! Do I make a mistake?? Please advise..T.T

Kids just make noises when you pick them up. One of mine does the same thing. It's the same as when they laugh of gasp when you pick them up.
