I have to say that the builders in this version are very, very lazy!!!!! In the first two versions, the builders keep repairing and examining the huts. In this version, they just go off and play.

Drag the tribal chief to the food bin and he will create some magic food but he can create this only every 24 hours once created..

How do i get rid of the sharks?
on Mon, 14 Jul 2008 05:42:00 -0500
Banishing the Sharks. You will need to have completed Puzzle 3 and have at least Level 2 in your chosen faction, Nature or Magic.
For NATURE: collect the following herbs for a potion: 2 X Black Orchid, 1 x Pitcher Plant.
For MAGIC: collect the following herbs for a potion: 2 X Rose, 1 x Berry. Have an adult villager (not a nursing mother) drink the potion. He/she will take a vial to the ocean. How the sharks are actually dealt with depends on the faction chosen (the nature potion is a shark repellant, the magic potion "charms" the sharks so they won't bother the villagers).
on Fri, 04 Jul 2008 09:48:00 -0500
Please help me, I can't find the pitcher and I need it for the sharks, also my master workers won't draw the plans for the statue, I have everything at the second level and magic level 2
on Fri, 04 Jul 2008 17:35:00 -0500
For magic level 2 you get the magic berry located to the left of the research lab. For the statue you need level 3 of restoration and level 3 of leadership.
on Thu, 03 Jul 2008 15:38:00 -0500

my chief stop "directing work". what shoul i do since my puzzle 9 is not finish yet?
on Tue, 26 Aug 2008 10:05:00 -0500
my builders have stoppped working on the statue. i have got plenty of food, no sick people. lots of villagers ranging from trainee builder to master builder and my chief is of average age but i still cant get them to build. it is stuck at the top. i have all my research complete. does anyone know how to get them working again. my chief wont start directing work again.
on Tue, 24 Jun 2008 15:42:00 -0500
To get the chief to not stop directing work, you have to 1. make sure there is a lot of food so the chief does not worry
2. make sure there is no sick. 3. if the chief is older than 14, there are no more problems. 4.if the chief is below 14, they are most likely to wander off to make sand castles or something.
that is all that i know and i think that is all the problems
on Fri, 20 Jun 2008 01:57:42 -0500
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A POST... POSTED- 5 days? a week? There has to be a faster way to get a response, don't ya think? Is there a quicker response board? Anyone?
on Wed, 18 Jun 2008 12:03:29 -0500
I've tried over 200 new villagers since my 4th Tribal Chief died...I tried them at 2 yrs old and again at 18 yrs. Is there a glitch in my program? Is the ratio of chief to villager that high as the game moves on? It was easy to find one in the beginning...should I have waited to find one...maybe there is a limit to how many you can find per game? Help...I am ready to delete this game...and after so much work, what a bummer! I can't move the statue until I have one!
on Sun, 22 Jun 2008 16:29:45 -0500
I am having trouble getting a Chief as well... I have tried young old and all in between. I waited until they have grown up as well. Is there a trick? boy-girl-boy? When it's raining? when it's foggy? Should it be a desendent from the Chief? H E L P !!!!!
on Tue, 24 Jun 2008 15:08:00 -0500
you look on detail and the one who doesnt have likes and dislikes is gonna be the chief
on Wed, 25 Jun 2008 10:27:00 -0500

on Sat, 19 Jul 2008 13:31:00 -0500
The recipe is Cactus Lotus Rose.
on Sun, 15 Jun 2008 07:38:18 -0500
Does the honey and fruit off the tree ever going to grow back? I have yet reached the 2nd level yet so instead of bring the medicine to the ocean, they drank it. Food is running low, tryed the clock method and didn't work. All Iam doing is getting the kids to get the mushroom but its not enough.
What can I do?
on Sat, 14 Jun 2008 17:32:54 -0500
Whatever you do, don't let your chief have babies if it's a girl! The chief can only direct work (drop her on the research table or bath to get her started until her check bar reads directing work), lead a weather dance, lecture to the kids on the amphitheatre podium, etc, if she is NOT holding a baby! You need level 2 leadership to get the chief to lecture, drop the chief on the amphitheatre podium and this brings everyone to the amphitheatre and is useful to collect everyone together eg if you want to start a weather dance and need everyone. Also while the chief is lecturing drop an Adept parent onto the kids, this will improve their parenting skills as they will tell a story. Watch out though, their next step seems to be to kiss the chief (well, my chief is a lady) and that has to be interrupted because you don't want a useless chief for ages! If you use the chief to direct work in the research lab, it does stop the researcher from wandering off so much, except when it rains! Inexperienced workers wander off more. thanks for everyone else's tips.
on Fri, 13 Jun 2008 18:41:27 -0500
Well how sad. Here I am at the end of the game with everything solved and even the new clothing store built and they all have new duds. Now there is nothing to do and they go on about their business and I just hate to kill them all off by deleting the game. I wish there was something else I could add to go on for a while.
on Fri, 13 Jun 2008 14:04:24 -0500
oh my god....i made this potion from 2*lotus flowers and 1*rose and this turned out to be fertility potion. i got 3 girls pregnant after giving this to both male and female(even over 45)...my tribe has a much lerger population now
on Thu, 19 Jun 2008 10:39:52 -0500
If this happens again just lift them up to knock the 'spell' off of them. Have them do something else.
on Fri, 13 Jun 2008 01:13:36 -0500
I bought the game online and don't know how to pause or save it, can someone give me a clue? Thanks!
on Thu, 19 Jun 2008 10:40:55 -0500
Go to OPTIONS you should find the answers you need there. I place my game on pause when I know I will be away for a while.
on Thu, 19 Jun 2008 04:47:42 -0500
Just go to Options in the Main Menu and select pause. From here you can also play the game at different time speeds - slow, normal or fast.
on Tue, 17 Jun 2008 18:54:21 -0500
Hit the spacebar to pause the game
on Tue, 17 Jun 2008 12:04:39 -0500
The game can be paused by going to the Menu (lower left corner), Options on the main page, and select pause or slow your game down. You aren't able to save- it continues whether you are playing or not. When you want to resume the game, go to Play on the main page.
on Tue, 17 Jun 2008 02:37:11 -0500
you press space button and that's your pause, an you can't save....the playing goes on even when you're not playing, except when you pause your game before quiting
on Sun, 26 Oct 2008 09:27:00 -0500
Can you buy discounted games at the store? One line it is one price. thanks - laid off and bored....
on Sun, 15 Jun 2008 13:27:37 -0500
Go to menu and click pause
on Sun, 15 Jun 2008 03:01:40 -0500
You can pause it by pressing the space bar while you're in play mode or in the menu, you can select pause. It will save automatically, the game keeps playing even when you aren't unless you select pause, so keep that in mind. Hope this helps!!
on Sat, 14 Jun 2008 20:19:57 -0500
to save= sapcebar
on Sat, 14 Jun 2008 19:08:48 -0500
press space bar to pause. then go to the main menu and it should show a save option
on Sat, 14 Jun 2008 13:54:20 -0500

Hope this helps!

I have made my way to the Sun Dial room.... now what? I have had the 'village' people talk to me and give me their story.... now what ... is that the end of the game?

My villagers got the rest of the statue at the top of the cliff; they stopped working and now I can't get the chief to start directing work again. I've tried dropping her everywhere on the trail and every bit of the statue. Ugh!
on Thu, 19 Jun 2008 09:03:33 -0500
You need to put the chief at the bottom of the path, and he will start directing work.
on Thu, 12 Jun 2008 05:56:32 -0500

on Thu, 19 Jun 2008 10:38:46 -0500
You can have your builders 'fix/ repair' the huts. You have to watch them, it takes time. They will gain experience this way. Hope this helps.
on Wed, 18 Jun 2008 13:16:35 -0500
if you have already built everything, you can still train your villagers by dragging them to a hut. It will then say fixing or examining hut.
They can earn more skill in the building area by doing this.
on Tue, 10 Jun 2008 18:20:08 -0500
I have a problem! The builders got the statue to the top of the hill but the Chief stopped directing work. No matter how many times I try to get her to begin directing work again she wanders off and the builders don't stick around.
How do I get her to start directing work again?? Has anyone else had this problem??
Help please!

I have found this a little bit weird. One of my 15 year old girls got pregnant and now has a baby! It happened when I got a random event. I had to choose to giver her flowers or a necklace. i chose flowers and then she got pregnant! Has this happened to anybody else?
on Sun, 08 Jun 2008 11:16:24 -0500
I think I have a glitch:
:
Once a day you [supposedly] can put chief on cliff's edge next to door and chief will point to a rare collectible.
My chief just turns in a circle, gets a rainbow overhead.
I pause and I search frantically, but find nothing [I need a feather and a tablet].
Thx!!!
on Sun, 08 Jun 2008 07:58:54 -0500
For the most part the tribal chief doesn't work, if the chief happens to be a woman they will have babies which will keep your opther females free to work.

How do I acquire a doctor? Any suggestions or comments from someone who has one would be helpful. Thank you.
on Tue, 17 Jun 2008 12:08:46 -0500
One of your villagers needs to start healing, then when the alchemy room is restored, the villagers can start using the room where the hay is covering the floor above the bath and rubble area. They start practicing medicine just the same as scientists.
on Tue, 10 Jun 2008 18:23:10 -0500
Kids are the best healers! When you have a sick villager, drop any kid on them. This gets them some doctor experience even before they start work! I have one that when they turned 14, they were already an adept doctor.
on Sun, 08 Jun 2008 07:52:56 -0500
In the detail field, check off the healing box. When a villager gets sick, drag the healer to them until the screen reads "healing someone".
on Sat, 07 Jun 2008 17:21:55 -0500
When your villagers are sick, you can select a villager to heal them. As they heal, they gain skills. You can also place them in the sick area (where the beds are) near the table and they will study medicine. You will need level 2 to be able to have a doctor study. hope this helps
on Fri, 06 Jun 2008 21:35:03 -0500
To acquire a dr. you need to keep a villager at the medicine table (on right bottom). You must also have level 2 medicine.
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 20:46:01 -0500
I have 3 games going. In the first one, I had no problem finding the knife for the alchemist. In the second 2 I can't find it. The first one was in the ampatheater. Where else might I find the knife?
on Sat, 07 Jun 2008 17:22:53 -0500
I found mine next to the wall, down from the cactus where the scientists are. hope this helps
on Fri, 06 Jun 2008 21:39:26 -0500
I found mine on the right side of the map, below the pink gem next to the rose plant and other plants.
on Thu, 05 Jun 2008 17:43:31 -0500
To find the knife, take one of your adept scientists (or master) and go around the edge of the game. On one of my games, I found it along the edge of the plants down near the bath. On another one I found it on the ground over near the rose plant. Keep looking, you'll find it.

on Tue, 17 Jun 2008 02:49:17 -0500
hmmmm....well did you make your lift work? after you make it work, at the next rain fall you put an adult villager on it and wait until a fruit falls. first 2 fruits will be planted for new trees ...still you have to wait until they reach maturity. next fruits they will deposit but that's not really a fast foodsource:(...i gave mine potions to keep them alive untill the trees had fruits...

I have my researcher making potions after finally finding the arrow, but every time I drag a villager to the pot, they just drink it. How do I get them to put the potion in a vile so they can transport it to the sharks??
on Fri, 06 Jun 2008 00:56:13 -0500
for nature you need two black flowers and the secret flower for magic you need two roses and the secret berries
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 20:48:32 -0500
You must be on your second level. When you get there and make the correct potion your villager will take it to the sharks. Mine took the berry plant. The magic side takes the pitcher plant. These are available only when your Nature or Magic choice is on the second level.
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 16:02:50 -0500
Banishing the Sharks: You will need to have completed Puzzle 3 and have at least Level 2 in your chosen faction, Nature or Magic.
How the sharks are actually dealt with depends on the faction chosen (the nature potion is a shark repellent, the magic potion "charms" the sharks so they won't bother the villagers).
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 10:49:34 -0500
What arrow are you talking about????????
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 08:48:49 -0500
To get rid of the sharks, you have to have level 2 of your faction. I picked the nature faction. That gives you a new berry where the kids go when "nature calls". It takes one of those and 2 black orchids. Once that potion is made your villagers will need to take that to the water to get rid of the sharks.
on Sun, 01 Jun 2008 15:54:36 -0500
I was excited about this game.
1. It let me rename the villagers; the trouble is, they die. I wasn't prepared for the bummer.
2. It lets the villagers harvest their own food; however, even when they are worried about their food supply, they still refuse to get food.
3. I was amused at the sounds they make when you pick them up; it DOES become quite annoying after a while. I have to mute it to keep playing.
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 19:36:20 -0500
This game would be fun if you could speed it up. There are three speeds and it seems to me that "slow" and "fast" are about the same. The game is cool...but really, I will be 150 years old before I can finish it. NOT WORTH $20 unless you want to die of boredom because you have nothing to do while this game plods along at an EXTREMELY slow pace.
on Thu, 05 Jun 2008 11:22:14 -0500
If you advance the clock on your computer it will speed up the game. Will not speed up progress on building for some reason, but food and growing will go faster. I don't recommend moving any more than a few hours at a time.

how do u keep ur people from getting weak
on Sun, 08 Jun 2008 11:35:35 -0500
You can't keep your villagers from getting weak but you CAN make them healthier with potions. The combo you want is 3 cactus.(I would use a master scientist to mix it) However, they must have a lot of food in storage (about 200 or more)You can also use 2 cactus and 1 lotus BUT this one explodes sometimes thus weakening your villager even more AND sending everyone running out of the lab. good luck.
on Tue, 10 Jun 2008 17:24:57 -0500
where do u find the lotus herb, and which herbs get rid of the sharks????
on Tue, 17 Jun 2008 12:15:40 -0500
The lotus is to the right of the bath entrance- a small lavender flower.
on Thu, 05 Jun 2008 17:49:00 -0500
You make strengthening potions for them to drink. If you've chosen the magic side, here are some potions that add health:
Lotus + Lotus + Cactus
Lotus + Cactus + Cactus
Once you've made the potion, drag the weak person over the cauldron to make them drink it. It will increase their health and make them feel better.
To keep them from GETTING weak in the first place, make sure you have enough food for them to eat. Children and the elderly get weaker more quickly with lack of food.
Hope that helps.

I don't know how the rest of you have the patience for this game! I love VV, but the fact that you have to have so many tech points to do anything is beyond frustrating. I left my game on fast overnight, and my people still only gained 20,000 Tech. I've been playing for a week, and I'm on my second chief, and my people are still on the third house, and are earning tech points so slowly that I'll never be able to get to level 3 of leadership and medicine. It is rediculous that it should take like 2 days to earn enough tech for one item, when there is nothing to do in the meanwhile. I just go into the game to make sure everyone is still working and that my population is still up. Maybe there is something wrong with my game, but it is not really any fun anymore, when all I can do it wait. And now I have to 'babysit' my kids' villages, too.
on Fri, 06 Jun 2008 21:48:47 -0500
Well if you have enough patience to get to your first 150k tech points you can upgrade to level 2 science. I did that right away and started gaining tech point faster. It's worth the initial wait. Even so it tooke about 16 hrs. to earn aprox. 40k teh point last night to this evening on fast. I just checked my villagers were alive an on task before work and then when I got home. It certainly not a fast paced game...

I loved this game--in the past. The amount of tech points you need is rediculous. I have the entire village doing research, and they still take 2 days (real time) at fast speed to earn enough for the next level of tech needed. I now have level 3 leadership, but all of my buiding was done early yesterday, and nobody will work on the statue, because I have no builders and no way of making any. I've just wasted countless hours on this game and will be unable to finish it. So here is my tip--don't get level 3 restoration until you have level 3 leadership. That is very important. My best tip at this point is, don't play this game--play VV 1 or 2. This game has depleated my fondness for VV. I am so frustrated, I don't even want to finish what I still can. There must be somethign wrong with my game, because nobody else seems to be this frustrated. It has taken me SEVEN DAYS on fast to get to level 2 faction, level 3 restoration and level 2 of everything else. Now I just got level 3 leadership--and it is too late. I still don't have enough point for level 3 medicine to get the candle--so what's the point?? I'm very disappointed in this game. Up until now, I loved VV, and was so excited to see VV3, but now, I just feel let down and ripped off for my time.

Tech points is what I increase first. It makes your villagers accumulate techs faster. Also have everyone do farming 1st when you begin the game ( no chance later to increase this ability until you increase faction levels) and then have some doing building and research. Fewer villagers building more researching and trade them off. Don't make a kid right away, wait until the kids you have grow up a bit. This way you will have a chance later to still have at least one kid to collect treasures and mushrooms when you run out of food. good luck

hey i have some questions to ask .. hope somebody will reply me ..
1) how to do the aromatheorapy bath ? my master doctor wouldn't do it ...
2) i put my chief on top of the statue but it says "additional research needed" what else am i lack of ?
3) how to retrieve the key in the fire ? my villagers dun seem to see them .
4) the pitcher plant will only appear after i purchased the 2nd level faction right ?
thanks in advance ;D

4. yes.
3. It took me forever to get the crystal out of the fireplace. Make adults touch the crystal, then drage them to the waterfall. It seems to take lost off water to cool if off. Eventually, it won't be too hot and one of them will pick it up for you and put it in the door.
What I want to know is how are we going to get the one on top of the cliff. The fruit up there looks tasty as well!
on Wed, 18 Jun 2008 13:26:08 -0500
To get the pink diamond (which is a door key, btw) at the top of the hill near the tree with fruit on it, you need to make a potion using a rose, a cactus, and a lotus. It will make your villager "light and springy" Then, drag them over to the pink diamond and they will jump up and get it.
on Tue, 17 Jun 2008 03:14:05 -0500
to get the fruits you must repair the lift...you need level 2 in building for that...after that you wait untill it rains or make a rain dance and you put a villager on the lift...a fruit will fall...first 2 fruits will be planted and the next ones will be deposited as food....
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 16:05:47 -0500
I cannot figure how to get a doctor, please let me know....thanks
on Fri, 06 Jun 2008 01:11:22 -0500
2 way you can choose some one in the village to do all the healing and let only that person heal or you can have level 2 of medicine and take them to the table in the sick hut they will study then become a doctor

what is the order you should do things for food? i did the honey first and planted the first fruit tree right off the bat and then used the tree when the honey went out. but i don't see how you can get to level two in any faction before the food runs out, since the level two is like 50k tech pts, which would enable you to get the special herb to make the potion to kill the sharks. any advice? what am i doing wrong?
on Mon, 23 Jun 2008 01:39:35 -0500
When my villagers were still dependent on the honey and fruit from the trees as their only source of food (before I was able to make the anti-shark potion) I kept them alive by having my kids search for mushrooms. If you can do the rain dance, this can give enough food to get them by for awhile. I just did the rain dance over and over again, and then took a kid all around the island until we got all of the mushrooms. It also helps not to have too large of a population until you are able to get rid of the sharks.
on Fri, 30 May 2008 15:37:26 -0500
you have to have 3 at least adept builders who will repair tha lift for you ~ then ~ when it rains, set a villager onto the lift, when he rises up a seed will fall from the tree. The first 2 seeds will be oplanted for another 2 trees, after that they're stored as food ~ hope this helps :)

I'm getting frustrated, too. I have everyone on research trying to gain more tech points, but eventhough I have science it seems like they are going slower! I've got only about 17K tech points, and my people are going to starve to death. I heard that you can get the shark potion with alchemy, but I'm afraid to waste my tech points on it without knowing the formula ahead of time. Any help on the shark formula-without the pitcher plant/magic berries? Please? I love this game, but if my people starve to death I will not keep going--I've spent too much time on this to start over without any gained knowledge about it. TIA!

How do you get the diamond out of the campfire? My villagers won't pick it up.
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 16:07:10 -0500
The Ash Key. Later in the game (after at least one fire cycle - 10 hours on fast speed), you will notice sparkles around the fire. Let your fire go out (do not replenish it with firewood) - a diamond will appear in the ashes. The diamond will be too hot to pick up initially (it was in a fire, don't forget). To cool the key, drop adult villagers on the rightmost of the two waterfalls (where they go to drink and do laundry). They will gather water and drop it on the key. They will need to do this several times (8-10, at least) to make the diamond cool enough to touch - your villagers won't repeat this task on their own, so you will have to make them do it by dropping them on the waterfall. When the villagers no longer bring water to the fire (they'll revert to drinking from the waterfall when you drop them on it), drop a villager on the key - they will take it to the door and solve the puzzle. You will need to repeat this step if they drop the key before reaching the door.
on Fri, 06 Jun 2008 06:31:56 -0500
I have all the puzzles finished except for the ash key one. I have had the fire going for long periods, have had it die out at least 4 times and have NEVER seen any sparkling or anything in the fire as some have mentioned. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something special I need to do to the fire in order for this to work?
Thanks in advance!

have somebody go to the waterfall and they will have a bowl an fill it with water. you have to do this several times.
on Fri, 13 Jun 2008 11:49:13 -0500

Where is the black orchid plant?

Like it says on the help menu i put a vilager at the bee hive over and over like 30 times now and they dont collect any honey. How do i get them to collect it? ive even tried with different villagers and put a checkmark for farming skill
on Fri, 30 May 2008 00:24:07 -0500
You have to make the villager pick up one of those burnt out torches, he/she will take it to the fire, and will get smoke go back and put in hive.
on Thu, 29 May 2008 17:52:00 -0500
You have to make one of your villagers pick up one of the torches close to the beehive. He will then "be thinking about an idea" and finally set the torch on fire, take it to the beehive and make the bees flee. After that, they can get honey.
on Thu, 29 May 2008 16:17:28 -0500
you have tto put a villager on top of the sticks by the beehive, which he will take to the fire, and will smoke ,which will calm the bees down. then bring the same villager back.and he will begin to harvest the honey
on Thu, 29 May 2008 07:14:53 -0500
There are tourches by the bee hive. Get one of them to pick it up and they will light it and smoke the bees. Then you will be able to collect the honey.
on Wed, 28 May 2008 07:02:55 -0500
my people will not finish the statue, and i still dont know how to get the key on the hill,
on Mon, 02 Jun 2008 21:33:42 -0500
you have to have restored the alchemy lab and then you use cactus rose and the lotus. the cactus is by the alchemy lab, the rose is by the key and the lotus is by the bath. Emily

Please, when you put the chief on the door's cliff [1x/day] he/she will “point” out a rare collectible.
Instead, chief just goes into a complete circle and gets a rainbow overhead.
Should we just search everywhere for the rare item?
Or just watch for a clue [which so far is not forthcoming].
.Thx!
on Mon, 26 May 2008 15:29:56 -0500
to complete the 5th puzzle (the rain dance) you need cactus, lotus, blk orchid = faster villagers for a while - and with your chief and at least 7 villagers around the fire. you should be able to get the rain dance done.
on Sun, 25 May 2008 18:15:53 -0500
How do I get my villagers to start on the statue. I try to put them on the statue and they do nothing. They have fully researched all the restoration. But I'm still not having no progress???
on Sat, 24 May 2008 14:43:57 -0500
Finally!! I have finished all puzzles. Now I will celebrate.
on Fri, 06 Jun 2008 13:21:56 -0500
Since you have finished the game, tell me what I am doing wrong. I have completed everything and seen the ghosts, many time, watched the movie about 5 times and still my game does not end. Am I missing something?
on Sun, 08 Jun 2008 05:17:51 -0500
you need to click on them. if that fails then you put a villager on them

A master doctor did the aromatherapy bath, but it does not show up on puzzles. Has anyone else had this problem?
on Tue, 27 May 2008 18:53:49 -0500
For the aroma therapy, the doctor needs to light the torches as well

I need help. my Cheif Died of old age and now I need to get another cheif...is this possible?
on Tue, 03 Jun 2008 18:47:56 -0500
Yes, it's possible--I'm on my 4th chief. It's possible for the chief to be young or old, male or female, and it's also possible for the chief to make babies.
on Mon, 02 Jun 2008 21:36:03 -0500
you have to have your other villagers try on the robe and then it will fit one of them.
on Fri, 23 May 2008 01:02:16 -0500
Make children pick the herbs for alchemy. It would be faster!
on Thu, 22 May 2008 23:34:01 -0500
guys i need some help im trying to solve puzzle 9 my villagers already push the statue halfway to the path..but suddenly its stop because the leader didnt direct the villager anymore..the problem is where is the right spot to drop the chief so the chief could direct them again to move the statue??
on Sat, 24 May 2008 01:01:36 -0500
The statue seems to take forever to finish but be patient. It took about 3 days (on and off) for my statue to finish. Keep putting the chief on the statue or just under it. You may have to do this a few times particularly if something else is going on, like burying the dead or sick villagers. Keep at it and even though it seems like it has stopped, it is still going. You can click on the statue and it will tell you how long to go. You may have to click around it a bit to get that message. Hope this helps you.
