Does anyone know if mission 3 is 50% in 20 days or 25% in 20 days? Coz mine is 50%, while some people said theirs were 25%.

The further you get in the game, the slower your rating changes. I have noticed my rating increasing by 0.1% per 10 customers. You can also go way over 100%

I'm not sure what level 3 is, but you can increase your profits by decreasing the number of cheap item (best after customers start ordering 2 or more items at a time).
