If I am about to move someone I don't give them coffee, they gain an extra heart just for rapid service.

You need to see as many customers as possible so if you have a yellow styling chair available put someone in it who just had their hair washed so you can move someone into the washing area. If noone needs their hair washed take them from the waiting room chairs to open them up.
