the third shop is in ISTANBUL..you have to explore and wait for someone to tell where to get the visa from cyrus rush..its the only way so you can open the port of istanbul..

I'M STUCK!I've only 2 shops. the third one is in S.francisco,right? but how do i get it to open? please help. also, i've only opened ports in the americas and africa and europe .what do i do about the rest?
