OMG!!! at my mum's computer it doesn't work it gets a error report but on my dad's computer it works and it's great. Does it have something to do with broadband?

I love the game so so so soooooo much. I played it five or six times today. I had to go and download it from other game sites so the game wouldn't shut down on me. But I luv the game.
