I'm in the beginning and in the hotel garden scene I can't seem to pick up the bullet. I pressed hint so I know it's between the two chili peppers, but I can't see it so I don't know where to press to pick it up. Is the game broken? Is there some kind of trick to making it work?

when we start (end house) game, cursor goes away, or blinks super fast? can't seem to slow down to point nor pick anything in game???, cursor does work on all my other games and microsoft sites??? help please
